And now that you’re here, let’s talk hormones and anything related to those tiny go-betweens scrambling through our bodies, bringing us a sense of calm one day then making us feel like utter sh*@$ the next. 

Really, we seem to blame so much on our hormones, and, honestly, they kind of deserve it. Because if we do a little detective work, we find that so many of our health issues link right back to those little sneaks. 

And therefore, the topics of conversation here are almost limitless. 

But the message always boils down to one thing - we don’t have to let our hormones take control over our lives.
