Individual Coaching

8-Session Program

This program includes eight 45-minute Zoom meetings with your health coach that will provide you with the support and guidance you need to make positive changes that optimize your hormonal health.

12-Session Program

This program includes twelve 45-minute Zoom meetings with your health coach that will provide you with the support and guidance you need to make positive changes that optimize your hormonal health. 

Group Coaching

Miss Hormonal offers group coaching sessions designed to support individuals with similar goals. Each group has up to six members, just enough to provide a sense of community along with individualized support. All group programs include eight, one-hour coach-guided sessions.

Stress Less Method

With a membership to the Miss Hormonal platform, you gain access to self-guided programs designed that help balance your hormones to lose weight, manage stress, resolve sleep issues, improve mood, and get a handle on anxiety. Each program includes a plan of action with SMART goals, along with recipes and additional resources to support your progress. Membership comes in 3-, 6-, and 12-month options.
